Suzie's Beach Café Southwold

Excellent Service. Great Food. Excellent place to stop for lunch. All credit to the lovely staff who remained patient with a demanding and rude customer. Food was great.

What fantastic service with a smile! I really wanted a crab sandwich for lunch and Suzie’s Beach Cafe delivered. My husband had a toastie.

We both had proper full mugs of steaming hot tea. Faultless service - very tasty food and we will know where to come next time we’re in Southwold.

Breakfast here 4 days in a row enjoying the early autumn sun. Great bacon and egg rolls, my wife enjoyed the fruitcake (for breakfast!) but the best thing was the terrific flat whites in proper cups and saucers.

Nice staff and a great view - goes without saying.

Very pleasantly surprised. Seafood basket with drink £18. You see 3 ladies running a cafe and you just know it’s going to be good. All 5 meals were very well received. Thank you.

Great spot for lunch. Excellent vegan options, both paninis and smoothies. Great staff too.

Highly recommended if the weather is good, sit on the beach and enjoy the view!

Perfectly located on the Prom, it presents itself really well. Nicely done menu of food and drink (I like a thoughtfully done typeface), and that feeling is carried through to the takeaway drink cups and the general decor.

I was much taken with the long spoon that comes with the latte (not the takeaway) - thoughtful and nice. Not saying anything about what people go there have I? It's on a par with the overall feel. Coffee is good, bacon roll is good, seating is good, service is good, clientele is good, view is good. All in all - very good.

The best beachside treat. We have been coming to Southwold for years and decided on our early morning walk we needed a different experience to the norm. Suzie’s place is very welcoming and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, the food and drinks are great quality, the prices are the same money as competition, which means Suzie isn’t making as much.

This is without doubt our new beach treat, we all loved it. Southwold can be about making money first over the experience Suzie’s has it the other way around. I would state that she should put up the prices a bit as the service and smile are well worth the extra. Well done Suzie and Team and yes we will be back.

Nice choice of ice-cream with option of cones or tubs.
